Grand Hyatt Kauai: The Western Angiographic & Interventional Society (WAIS) negotiates significantly reduced room rates at our annual conference host hotel. We are pleased to pass these discounts directly through to attendees, vendors and guests. In order to secure these discounted rates at premium venues (often 50% off standard rates), our host hotels require us to guarantee a mutually agreed upon block of rooms, which are based on rooms requested by registrants. We strongly encourage our attendees and vendors to take advantage of these room rates and utilize this room block while being aware of cancellation deadlines attached to our room block contract. Room reservations are ultimately the responsibility of each guest and we are unable to assist attendees with any adjustments to their hotel reservations after our conference cut-off date. This year, the cut off date is August 1, 2024. All hotel room cancellations (full or partial), no shows or early departures after this date will be subject to the full amount of the reservation.

Koloa Landing Resort (Marriott Bonvoy Signature Autograph Property): To accommodate increasing demand for discounted rooms for the annual conference, Western Angiographic & Interventional Society (WAIS) negotiated an additional hotel room block in Koloa, Hawaii.  In order to secure these additional discounted rates Marriott required us to guarantee all rooms with no cancellation.  Guests who have secured these rooms have been informed of the no cancellation, no refund policy.
