Hotel Cancellation Policies
La Quinta Reservations
Please note that all room reservations must be made without further change to arrival/departure date by September 1, 2023. Room reservations are the responsibility of each guest and WAIS is unable to assist attendees with any adjustments to their hotel reservations after the date mentioned above. All hotel room cancellations (full or partial), no shows, or early departures, to occur after this date will be responsible for 100% of room revenue, per the original reservation. Please make a note of this important deadline in your calendar. Individuals must guarantee each reservation with a deposit equal to two (2) night’s room and tax made by personal check, money order or a major credit card. Thank you! |

Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Reservations Hyatt Regency standard room rates for the weekend of the WAIS conference are normally in excess of $800/night. This discounted overflow block is offered exclusively to WAIS registered attendees. Reservations require a non-refundable 100% deposit at time of booking. |
